How we were born!


“Nativos del Pacífico” born how an answer different to the traditional market of realty. After an analysis made to the owners of properties about the trust that they have and what they perceive of a broker of realty. Many of the proprietors manifested us that instead of seeing an adviser in the transaction, they sometimes perceived it as a mercenary whose end is to only enrich. Nevertheless, we know that it is not this way, for what we will try to fill that hole.

Starting from this study, a group of five native friends of the area of the Pacific Costa Rican decides to change our daily chore and to help in this cause. For that reason, in the year 2006, we create Native of the Pacific, how a company that gives real solutions to your necessities to live or to invest in this world paradise named Costa Rica.
Our main goal is to win the new friends, further that the money, it is secondary, for this has settled down as our mission: "To find the paradise of their dreams and our vision: "To end up being a group that offers integral solutions for their investment necessities, protecting the interests of our clients above all."


It interests us to establish a relationship for all life, we want you to be part of our family and we want to also be part of your family also. Luis Alonso Noguera Hernandez

Mr. Alonso is a Founder and Partner of “Nativos del Pacífico”. He is native of Nosara, has live for more of 28 years in Nosara, for than knows very well the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, and he now for the owners of the properties, as if he is of the house of them. He has more than four years of experience in sales and business development, and has served as a principal manager property for the past two years in Nosara.

Luis Eduardo Cabalceta Lopez

Mr. Luis is a Founder and Partner of “Nativos del Pacífico”. He is native of Nosara, has live for more of 15 years in Nosara, for than knows very well the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, and his family also is native of Nosara. He lived for more than ten year in San José, place where he carried out university studies. He has more than seven years of experience in buy of products and services for the government, in the health sector. He worked for more than five year in the Buyer Office of the Psychiatric National Hospital, CCSS; and as a supplier institutional of products and services for more than two years in the Costa Rican Institute against the Cancer.
