Nativos del Pacifico was established in Costa Rica, Central America, in 2006. Luis Eduardo Cabalceta Lopez.
Luis is an agent, founder, and partner of “Nativos del Pacifico”, and is a native of Nosara, having resided there for over 15 years. His family is one of the original founding families of Nosara. Luis later moved to San Jose for more than 10 years to carry out studies at the University and to become a professional in banking and finances. He also has seven years experience in goods and services for the government in the health sector.

Alonso (Manta) Noguera.
Alonso is a realtor, founder, and partner of “Nativos del Pacifico”, and is also a native of Nosara, having lived there for more than 28 years. He knows the people and the land throughout the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. He has over eight years experience in sales and business development, and has served as a principal property manager for the past five years in Nosara.
