Mr. Cabalceta is a Agent, Founder and Partner of “Nativos del Pacífico”. He is professional in Banking and Finance. Mr. Cabalceta is native of Nosara and has live for more of 15 years in Nosara, his family is a founders of the Nosara. He lived for more than ten year in San José, place where he carried out university studies. He has more than seven years of experience in goods and services for the government, in the health sector.

Alonso (Manta) Noguera.
Mr. Noguera is a Realtors, Founder and Partner of “Nativos del Pacífico”. He is native of Nosara, has live for more of 28 years in Nosara, for than knows very good the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica and know the owners of the properties. He has more than eight years of experience in sales and business development, and has served as a principal manager property for the past five years in Nosara.
